We don't run a government ID or KYC check — and neither does a standard notary office. A rental agreement's legal standing comes from the e-stamp duty paid and the signatures on it, with notarization (if you add it) as further attestation. The last 4 digits are recorded for reference on the document itself, not for identity verification.
